/ CSR Innovation
Arcturus is a process to implement the CRT Principles for Business
through a 360-degree survey of your company's risks and opportunities
to enhance business profitability & long-term value. It is an
inventory process asking questions of executives, management team,
employees, etc., measuring the extent to which a company has fulfilled
its duties under the seven CRT Principles and promoted its relationship
with each of its seven stakeholder constituencies. This diagnosis
allows management to consider issues the company is confronted with
from the different perspectives of all stakeholders including owners.
The Arcturus questionnaire can be completed in about 90 minutes.
Why Use Arcturus?
Enhance profitability and long-term value by:
• Preempting downside risk.
• Enhancing the goodwill value of your company.
• Aligning employees with company values and objectives.
• Finding gaps in risk perceptions within the company.
• Providing guidance for management of key stakeholder value-drivers.
Who within the company should participate in the Arcturus process:
• CEO
• Senior management
• Board of directors
• Division heads and group managers
• Unit managers
• Employees
Awareness of issues impacting the company is collected in quantitative
form on a 0 to 8 point scale and in qualitative form by written
comments on activities, policies and concerns. Each respondent scores
the company in each of the 49 areas of investigation and each respondent
adds qualitative comments on key areas of concern. The CRT staff
and project team facilitate the inquiry process.
