The Center for Ethical Business Cultures (CEBC) assists leaders in creating ethical and profitable business cultures at the enterprise, community and global levels. A non-profit business membership organization, the Center is also affiliated with the University of St. Thomas College of Business and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Under its former name (the Minnesota Center for Corporate Responsibility), the Center played a key role in the development of the Caux Principles for Business.
